Nama Nakshatra:-

Omithe aksharam brahma – its upanishad’s saying . means  Omkaram is  parabramha swarupam.. with meditation sages could derive sounds. Through which  mantra Shastra was created. Even the  letters A to ksha were also  mystic powers. Each letter has different frequency of vibration and sound. When these letters were grouped  in specific form, mantra Shastra originated. For malini mantraja  hallulu, swaralu and binduvulu are important.

Malini is bharati. i.e  goddess saraswathi who represents sound. Because of this sound all vedas, puranas, shastras were created with blessing of goddess. Because of these letters music literature, musical instruments are formed which led to form a culture of a society.

In indian astrology  the connection between Nakshatras and planets was well explained. Vastu has more importance  in nama naksharea than janma nakshatra. In house construction, vargarvana, kshetra arvana, gramarvana etc , Nama nakshatra is considered

Letters Aa  to Ksha there are 51 letters , based on this  8 vargas were created  అ, క,చ, ట, త, ప,య శ

Starting from east, they represent 8 directions. Based on these vargas grihaarvanam, gramarvanam, kshetrarvanam, simha dwaram etc are decided.

Directions :- adipath-yoni

East—indra---garuda

SE—agni-cat

South—yama—simha

SW-nirutti—dog

West—varuna—sarpa

NE—vayuvu—mouse

North—kubera-elephant

NE-eshana—rabit

Ksherea arvanam:-
Arvanam means suitability. Kshetra Arvanam is checking  suitability of site with  nama nakshatra of individual.
Land can be divided into 9 parts in each direction.  For example in East first two part are left for NE and last two parts left for SE, rest five parts for east. In the same way rest of the directions should be calculated.
Now based nama nakshatra  look for swa varga and from swa varga 5 varga is inimical varga. This should be avoided.
“A” varga has five sounds and Garuda Yoni. It rules direction East. So a name starting with “A” like “Anand ” or “Arpita” falls in Garuda Yoni and east direction.
the fifth varga from your own varga ( west) is not good for an individual. So individual should not  construct the house in western direction

Swavarga—financial growth
Second—little beneficial
Third—auspicious
Fourth—diseases
Fifth-inimical house
Six—quarrelsome
Seven-very beneficial
Eighth-death

Rasi varga chakra also can be used for kshetraarvanam.

Gramarvanam:- while migrating from one village to another village, suitability of that village should be checked ,
  1. From AA count to  the first letter of  village’s name.
  2. From AA count to the first letter of  owner’s name
  3. Keep the number of item 2 preceding item 1, then divide by 8, the reminder is called dana
  4. Now add item value to item value as succeeding value then divide by 8, the reminder is rinam
  5. If dana + is greater than rina –ve, then village suits him.

If kamavaram village and eshwar rao name then
    A to ka=17, అ – క
    A to e=4 అ –ఈ
    Case 1, (4  and 17) 417/8= remainder =1 Dana
    Case 2  ( 17 and 4)174/8 = remainder =6 rina
Rina is greater so village not suitable for him to reside
