One of the ways to please Shani dev is to feed a
dog a roti with oil spread on it generously. This helps in removing Shani
doshas. Dog is understood to be the vehicle of lord Shani. And those
people who feed god always have blessings from Shani devFeeding roti to
a dog also removes Rahu-Ketu related doshasAs per Shastras, those people
who feed living beings and looks after them becomes favourite of gods. And in
results he/she is blessed with richness and good health
